Our 12 week on-the-job program prepares motivated individuals to become leaders in our organization.

As a Store Management Trainee, you will be engaged in a fast-track store management training program where you will receive training in merchandising, planning, financial reporting, inventory and customer service.
Shopko is looking for Store Management Trainees who are:
- Confident - Creative- Self-motivated- Analytical- Curious and ask questions- Take direction- Coach-able Your first role upon successful completion of the training program is a Department Manager or Assistant Manager.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Recent college graduate with a four year degree (preferably in Retail or Business) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally between multiple departments - Exceptional organizational, planning and analytical skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Drive, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly - Previous retail experience (preferred) Company Overview:
